PATRASGAS S.A. – PATRAS (2010)

Three-story shopping center with a basement and an upper room, of a total surface of 5,400 m2. Constitutes an ex-industrial building from a structure-borne of reinforced concrete, constructed during the Interwar period. It was reinforced by mantles of shotcrete (gunite) and the addition of metal load-bearing elements. It is a predominant building in the “Old Town Planning” of Patras close to St. Andrew Railway Station.

CBL PATRAS – INDUSTRIAL ZONE OF PATRAS (2018)

Ground floor building of 450 m2 in the industrial area of Patras. The building consists of three linear zones alongside the central road of the Industrial Zone, following the direction from north to the northeast. The clear building layout favours orientation and offers flexibility and the possibility for future additions or transformations, in order to cover possible changes concerning the business needs. The structure has a grid of 3m in the main direction, with a greater flexibility in the vertical ordinate dimensions. The offices are developed in the first zone, the second zone constitutes the entrance zone which takes place through a square plan space, covered by a translucent roof, and the third zone includes auxiliary spaces of the building.

JANSSEN – CILAG – PEFKI, ATHENS (2016)

Four-story office building with an underground conference room and an underground car park of a total surface of 6,000 m2 situated in Irinis Avenue of Pefki Attica. It was firstly constructed in 1994 and then its facades and surrounding space were renovated. The energetic refurbishment was achieved through thermal insulation of the upper room, the complete reconstruction of the air-conditioning and ventilation as well as the replacement of light bulbs in every main room.

BERSHKA – PATRAS (2011)

A listed four-story building with a basement in the historic center of Patras with a total surface of 920 m2. It has been characterised as an artwork by the Ministry of Culture and constitutes an architectural masterpiece of the last century, of significant importance to the study of the history of architecture. It is a corner building with a facade on Agiou Nikolaou Street and the Trion Symmachon square, connected to Agiou Nikolaou walkway by a covered walkway with square pillars and arched openings. It has undergone a radical renovation and change in terms of its use. Previously, the National Bank of Greece used to be located there.

EUROBANK – PATRAS (2015)

A listed four-story store in the historic center of Patras covering a total surface of 1,200m2. It was constructed in 1837 as a residential house, and then it was transformed into a hotel at the beginning of the19th century and its current use dates back to 1992. It is a dual-aspect and corner building with a facade off the Agiou Andreou and Akti Dymaion streets and a covered walkway on Kolokotroni Street. Its facades underwent a renovation in 2014 and nowadays host the Eurobank-Ergasias Bank.

PRAKTIKER STORE- PATRAS (2014)

A two-story store with a basement and a flat roof situated in the National Road Patras – Pyrgos covering a total surface of 7,700 m2 , where operates the company of technical and domestic equipment called Praktiker. It is located on a plot of 17 acres facing the New Port, occupying the number 1321 city block of Patras town plan. The surrounding space is fully formed with asphalting, pavements, electrical lighting for customers’ service reasons.

OYSHO – PATRAS (2017)

A listed building in the historic center of Patras of a total surface of 450m2. It has been characterised as an artwork by the Ministry of Culture. It opened doors for the first time in 1919 after the Balkan Wars as cinema and then it took its final form in 1939 by the Armenian Architect Nazareth Numbar. It is dual-aspect and has a facade towards Agiou Nikolaou walkway with which is connected by a covered walkway with square pillars and openings. The ground floor has undergone a complete renovation in 2017. The historic cinema “IDEAL”, one of the first cinemas of Greece, is located on the first floor.

ZARA HOME – PATRAS (2014)

A ground-floor store in the historic center of Patras covering a total surface of 615m2, consists of a ground-floor, a basement and a mezzanine. It has a facade just off the pedestrian walkway of Agiou Nikolaou Street with which is connected by a covered walkway. The building underwent a radical renovation in 2014, while in the upper floors operates the Hotel Galaxy.
