It includes 22 buildings with a total surface of 11,200 m2, one shared and 40 private swimming pools of 2,100m2. It offers an unobstructed view towards Bardianous, as the buildings are developed in different levels, taking advantage of the soil slope. The buildings scale, explicit symmetry and roof constitute basic synthetic elements. The redefinition of the local architecture constitutes a basic synthetic tool and generates conditions of ‘domestic concept’ concerning the project’s identity.

A five-stars hotel complex, under construction, in Laganas of Zante with a capacity of 203 rooms and 528 beds. It consists of 17 buildings (2 existing and 15 new) of a total surface of 10,300 m2, placed in the perimeter of the land, aiming to create an inner courtyard along with 3 swimming pools of a total area of 490m2, where the rooms have a view in. The buildings are interconnected and share the staircases of the complex. The plot’s shape and its orientation, determine the principal designing options for the complex. The complex volumes are cut apart and the perception of the visitor is determined by visuality.

It consists of 4 buildings with a total surface of 6,900 m2 and includes 3 outdoor swimming pools of an area of 220m2, 115m2 and 130m2 respectively. It is the outcome of the functional combination and upgrade of three different neighbouring buildings: of a new-constructed one, of another one under construction and a functional one that has undergone a radical renovation.

A luxurious 4-star hotel complex in “Pefki”, Lindos, Rhodes, with a capacity of 97 rooms and 195 beds. The complex occupies a total area of 3,500 sq.m. and is developed on a plot of 8,000 sq.m. A complex of two hotels in Laganas of Zante, with a capacity of 80 rooms and 150 beds. It is a three-story building of acreage of 2,000 m2 with a swimming pool of 210 m2 and a second three-story building of 1,300 m2 with a swimming pool of 140 m2. The complex was constructed for the first time at the end of 70s and completely renovated in 2011.

White volumes create recesses and protrusions and are being combined with perforated metallic white panels that form shady, private outdoor spaces.
