It includes 22 buildings with a total surface of 11,200 m2, one shared and 40 private swimming pools of 2,100m2. It offers an unobstructed view towards Bardianous, as the buildings are developed in different levels, taking advantage of the soil slope. The buildings scale, explicit symmetry and roof constitute basic synthetic elements. The redefinition of the local architecture constitutes a basic synthetic tool and generates conditions of ‘domestic concept’ concerning the project’s identity.

It consists of 17 buildings (2 existing and 15 new) of a total surface of 10,300 m2, placed in the perimeter of the land, aiming to create an inner courtyard along with 3 swimming pools of a total area of 490m2, where the rooms have a view in. The buildings are interconnected and share the staircases of the complex. The plot’s shape and its orientation, determine the principal designing options for the complex. The complex volumes are cut apart and the perception of the visitor is determined by visuality.

White volumes create recesses and protrusions and are being combined with perforated metallic white panels that form shady, private outdoor spaces.
