OUR PHILOSOPHY
Our aim is to provide integrated services through an interactive process of planning and discussion between the project developers and the customer. Architects and engineers work together from the very beginning of a project and provide consultancy until the completion of construction. We work every day in order to improve our services but also to adapt the real needs of our customers aiming to a more environmentally friendly and economic alternatives and robust aesthetic and functional solutions. Our strength is deriving from the trust that our customers show on our suggestions and from the confidence placed in the skills of our group members.
BRIEF HISTORY
INTRODUCTION
The company DAIDALOS was established by Fountopoulos Konstantinos, civil engineer, and Stavropoulos Konstantinos, mechanical engineer, as the capping stone of the successful cooperation between their individual offices regarding design and project management in Patras. The need for continuous improvement of the services we provide to our clients, which is satisfied via synergies with expertized, scientifically qualified people sharing the same beliefs, has led to the current dynamic structure of our office.
2008
FIRST TIME
The two individual offices of the two founders are associated for the first time.
2009
NEW PARTNERS
The structure is strengthened further by involving the civil engineer, Gkiousas Konstantinos, and the architectural engineer Vagiota Sofia.
2010
COMMON TRADE NAME
The structure operates under a common trade name for the first time.
2011
ESTABLISHMENT OF THE ENGINEERING CONSULTING COMPANY
The company KONSTANTINOS FOUNTOPOULOS & ASSOCIATES General Partnership (GP) is established in Patras under the distinctive title DAIDALOS O.E. with the main business being the provision of engineering consulting services.
2013
NEW PEOPLE, NEW OFFICES
The company is investing in human resources and expands its offices.
2017
ESTABLISHMENT OF BUILDING COMPANY
The building company DAIDALOS INNOVATION & CONSTRUCTION P.C. is established in Patras aiming to the construction of buildings in the private sector. The management of the company is assigned to the civil engineer Katopodis Ioannis.
2017
ATHENS OFFICE
The company KONSTANTINOS FOUNTOPOULOS & ASSOCIATES GP opens a branch in Athens.
2019
ENERGY EFFICIENCY UPGRADE
The energy upgrading of the company's offices in Patras is completed. The energy class A is achieved.
2019
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
Having already invested on human resources, we are planning the next steps of development.
